Understandable and usable by more people.

Nineteen Software considers accessibility in company-site content, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The company uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its voluntary engineering target for this website.

This target guides the work. It is not a claim of certification, perfect accessibility, or legal conformance in every situation.

Automated Axe checks cover every current launch page template, including these legal pages. Targeted browser tests also exercise semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard operation and visible focus, names and labels, form errors and status announcements, narrow-screen reflow, reduced motion, forced colours, and essential content with JavaScript unavailable.

The controlled build and browser suites currently report no unresolved accessibility blocker in the tested paths. Automated checks can identify only some barriers and do not replace human or assistive-technology review.

A manual keyboard and accessibility-tree review in Microsoft Edge on Windows covered the home page, primary navigation, the Contact form, the security challenge, validation errors, and error-summary focus recovery. Separate assistive-technology, zoom, contrast, device, and independent human reviews also covered the prescribed core journeys and states. No unresolved blocker was reported.

Ongoing review

Manual launch acceptance is complete.

Manual acceptance with NVDA and Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari or iOS, actual 200% browser zoom, operating-system high-contrast modes, and independent screen-reader review was completed for the launch candidate. No unresolved blocker was reported in the reviewed core journeys and states.

Human review and automated testing cannot prove that every person, device, or combination of assistive technologies will encounter no barrier. Nineteen Software therefore does not describe this website as perfectly accessible or independently certified, and continues to review reported barriers against its WCAG 2.2 Level AA target.

Implementation approach

How the company website is built.

• Ordinary responsive HTML provides the essential information.
• Page landmarks, one main heading, ordered heading levels, labels, status messages, and native controls support navigation and interpretation.
• Visible focus, keyboard operation, reflow, readable line lengths, colour contrast, reduced-motion behavior, and forced-colour support are part of the tested design system.
• Core company information, Resources, legal content, and contact alternatives remain available without client-side JavaScript.
• Print-friendly Resources use browser print styles and do not require a gated download or embedded document viewer.

Response process

How feedback is handled.

Nineteen Software reviews accessibility feedback, confirms the affected company-site content, assesses an available workaround or alternate format, and records appropriate remediation for prioritization and re-testing. The company may ask for limited additional information needed to understand the barrier.

Nineteen Software does not publish a guaranteed response or remediation time because needs and technical changes vary. The company will communicate the next practical step through the email conversation. Accessibility feedback is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Applicability review

Current Ontario assessment.

Nineteen Software currently has no employees. Based on the current company facts, the Ontario public-website requirement for designated public-sector organizations and businesses or non-profits with 50 or more Ontario employees is not treated as applicable to this website.

That assessment does not remove the voluntary WCAG target or other accessibility and human-rights responsibilities that may apply. The company reassesses its obligations as its workforce and activities change, including at 20 and 50 Ontario employees, and after a material legal or operational change.

Nineteen Software reviews this statement at least every six months and after a relevant change to the website, testing evidence, feedback process, workforce, or applicable obligations. A material update receives a new date here. New evidence, a reported barrier, or a material implementation change reopens the applicable review and remediation record.
