Services
Nineteen Software is an independent Canadian software company that creates purposeful owned products and helps small and medium businesses simplify complex processes through practical, human-centred technology.
Nineteen Software helps small and medium businesses understand and simplify difficult processes and systems. The work begins with the people, desired outcome, current process, existing tools, and material constraints—not with a predetermined technology or a promise to build custom software.
Canadian businesses are the primary audience. Suitable remote engagements elsewhere may be considered individually when the work, jurisdiction, communication, and delivery model are practical.
A suitable request has an identifiable business need and an accountable person who can help examine it. It may involve one or several of the areas below; a business does not need to experience every example or diagnose the technology before asking for help.
Repetitive work, duplicate data entry, undocumented steps, exceptions, workarounds, bottlenecks, scheduling or follow-up overhead, and dependence on spreadsheets, email, or paper can make routine work harder to operate and improve.
Excessive handoffs or approvals, unclear ownership, inconsistent rules, onboarding or training burden, and key-person dependence can create delay and uncertainty even when individual tools work as intended.
Disconnected applications, data silos, legacy systems, technical debt, brittle integrations, duplicate or unreliable data, limited reporting, and vendor or licence sprawl can obscure what is happening and increase operating effort.
Poor usability, weak mobile support, accessibility barriers, inconsistent customer experience, permissions, privacy, security, compliance, reliability, scaling, maintenance, support, and missing documentation can affect both the people using a system and those responsible for it.
Enterprise-scale systems, configurations, controls, or workflows may be appropriate at enterprise scale but impose cost and operating burden that is disproportionate to a smaller business's actual needs and responsibilities.
Available help
Depending on the problem and agreed scope, work may include discovery, workflow mapping, solution design, implementation, integration, testing, rollout, documentation, training, and handoff. The intended outcome may be a simpler and more consistent process, appropriate automation or integration, a focused internal tool or web application, proportionate modernization, clearer reporting, improved usability or accessibility, better technology decisions, or a maintainable transition to the people who will own the work.
These are areas of possible work, not a promise that every request will be accepted or that every activity belongs in one engagement. Scope, timeline, responsibilities, technology, and price are decided for each suitable project.
The smallest-fit approach
No step forces the next. An assessment may conclude that a process change, an existing product, another provider, or no project is the most responsible option.
Fit, qualification, and capacity
A request may be suitable for further discussion when it represents a legitimate business need; has an accountable or empowered sponsor; includes enough information, or willingness to explore, the affected process, users, goals, tools, and constraints; allows the client to participate in the decisions and work its scope requires; and fits Nineteen Software's current capability, capacity, geography, and operating model.
Qualification means only that a request may proceed to manual scheduling. It does not guarantee a meeting, project acceptance, proposal, start date, technology choice, price, result, response time, or future availability. Capacity is reviewed against active commitments and the effort required to serve a prospective client responsibly. When capacity is unavailable, the request may be declined or a future inquiry invited without reserving a place or promising timing.
Free consultation
Requests that pass the fit-and-capacity review may be invited to a free 60-minute assessment. The discussion covers the current process or system, its principal friction or workarounds, the people who use or are affected by it, the desired business outcome, existing tools and dependencies, and known constraints, responsibilities, and material timing context.
The assessment concludes with verbal initial options. It does not include a free written specification, workflow document, architecture, estimate, implementation plan, design, configuration, integration, coding, testing, or remediation. It is not an instant quote, public rate, automatic booking, project acceptance, or guarantee of a response, proposal, schedule, saving, compliance result, performance level, or other outcome.
Submit the controlled Free consultation category or use the visible company-email fallback. Submission starts review only.
Habib Shakibanejad reviews the request against the approved qualification rules and current commitments.
If the request is suitable and capacity is available, Habib contacts the requester separately to arrange the assessment. There is no public calendar or automatic booking.
Habib conducts the qualified 60-minute discussion and provides verbal initial options.
If paid work appears suitable, Habib may prepare a project-specific proposal stating scope, timeline, responsibilities, and price.
Work begins only after applicable project terms are agreed. Delivery follows the discovery, design, implementation, integration, testing, rollout, documentation, training, and client-review activities included in that scope.
The engagement closes with the agreed operational materials, knowledge transfer, acceptance activities, and ownership transition.

The launch offer excludes staff augmentation, 24/7 or emergency availability, live chat, public calendar booking, product support through the company form, free implementation or written project deliverables, automatic acceptance, and guaranteed savings, revenue, compliance, security, performance, or other outcomes outside company control. Selected work identifies each project’s relationship and current status. Community work does not imply a commercial client relationship or an endorsement. Testimonials, metrics, savings, and outcome claims require separate approval and evidence.
