Services begin with a business outcome.
Client work helps a suitable business improve a process or system. It does not turn an owned product into a client solution, and product support does not move into the company consultation path.

Nineteen Software favours a no-pressure assessment, clear tradeoffs, honest scope, and the smallest responsible solution.
