About these terms.

These Website Terms apply when you access or use the Nineteen Software company website and its company inquiry channel. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms are a proportionate control for this public company website. They are not product subscription terms, a refund policy, a forced-arbitration agreement, or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

What this website does.

Nineteen Software is a registered business name of 12674050 Canada Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. The company website provides company information, Services, practical Resources, routes to owned products, and a channel for company and qualified free-consultation inquiries.

This website does not create product accounts, accept product payments or subscriptions, provide product support, confirm a consultation or project when a form is submitted, or form a client engagement without separately agreed terms.

VoxJournal is a separate product experience with its own terms, privacy information,support, accounts, and product operations. A link from this website does not replace those product-owned terms.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully.

You may access and use the website for lawful informational and communication purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the website, its operation, or its security;
• attempt unauthorized access to a system, account, or data;
• submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• misuse the inquiry channel for spam, abuse, or product support; or

The website, Nineteen Software name and branding, original text, design, and other company materials are owned by or licensed to 12674050 Canada Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond the limited access needed to use the public website as intended.

Third-party names, product marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not use Nineteen Software or product branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

Information you submit

Company and consultation inquiries.

You remain responsible for information you submit through the company inquiry channel. Do not send content you do not have the right to share, or passwords, payment information, journal content, or sensitive product-user information that belongs in a product-owned support process.

You permit Nineteen Software and its service providers to process submitted information as needed to protect, assess, route, acknowledge, and respond to the inquiry under the Privacy Policy. A qualified free-consultation request begins an internal fit-and-capacity review only. It does not confirm scheduling, acceptance, a proposal, paid work, or an outcome.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. It does not promise a human response, acceptance of a proposal, a business relationship, a confidentiality agreement, or a particular result. An acknowledgement or requested reply is not newsletter enrolment or unrelated promotion.

Nineteen Software may update these terms when the website, business scope, or applicable requirements change. The page shows its effective date and the date of a material update. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
